Temporary
For 1 day or an indefinite time, temporary help is an efficient
and cost effective way to handle various staffing needs. Apple
supplies clerical and light industrial applicants, within an hour
of your request. If you're not completely satisfied with your
temporary associate, just notify us within 4 hours of start time
and you will not be billed. We will send a replacement immediately
if you wish. Our service staff and temporaries are standing by to
assist you. We can turn a headache into a triumph!
Temp-To-Hire
Many smart business people choose this flexible approach when
filling their direct hire positions. Applicants are recruited and
screened to your specifications. You may interview as many or a
few as you like. Once you have made a selection, the candidate is
placed on a temporary evaluation period, usually 90 days (480
hours). During this period, you can determine the candidate's
ability without making a full commitment. No direct hire position is
guaranteed. If the candidate is not up to you expectations, we
will send a replacement. Also, we will honor the turnover period
from the original start date. Once the turnover period is
complete, the applicant is available for direct hire hire with no
further charge to you. You may cancel the order at any time. Apple Staffing's Temp-to Hire program reduces much of the risk
associated with hiring. It is good business sense!
Direct Placement
This traditional format is still preferred by many businesses. We
do the recruiting and pre-screening to your exact specifications.
Our fee is negotiated up front and every placement carries a 90
day "body back" guarantee. Should the employee leave for any
reason, we will send a replacement with no additional charge
(Original fee must be paid within terms for guarantee to be
honored). There is never a fee until you hire one of our
candidates! |
